And Lou...we had a fairly average ride after a couple of weeks off and a somewhat confusing lesson for him the day before, things weren't really clicking. BUT I am very pleased with his condition at the moment, and even though the ride was craptacular, there were some nice moments. Kudos to my darling horse for never turning around and saying "F*** YOU!" when by all rights he should! He is so willing and so sensible :) Oh, and we did our first proper shoulder-in too! (I am the queen of forgetting to actually teach my horse new things - my photographer friend says, "have you done any shoulder-in with him?" Me: "uhh...nope, maybe a couple of steps on the circle?" *rides out of the corner and into left shoulder-in* Me: "I guess we have now!")
I've been a very busy girl lately, but we did manage to get a few photos last week! I had another sit on Cheeky after my sister rode the other day, and then got a few snaps of Lou too (Lou pics to follow)...so here's Cheeky!
